The Tiara in Singer Island, Florida is a gated residential community built in 1977. At 42 stories above sea level, it is also the tallest building in the area. This residential development offers 320 units with panoramic views of the Atlantic and the Intracoastal Waterway.
The comdominium consists of two bedroom units with home sizes that range from 1,589 to 1,680 square feet. Today, most of the units are practically new and feature granite countertops, tile flooring, hurricane impact windows, and stainless steel appliances.
Amenities include a restaurant and lounge on the top floor, a heated swimming pool, Tiki bar, gazebo, spa, tennis courts, fitness center, and library. The condo also provides its residents with 24-hour gated security, covered parking, and on-site management.
Tiara Residents have to pay a quarterly fee which includes janitorial services, management, pest control, pool service, trash removal, security, lawn care, cable, and maintenance of the interior, exterior, and common areas. The condo association prohibits pets in the building.
